We dont just try to apply bandage fixes, but fix the problems behind the ongoing issues; these can be the system as a whole, the mis-match of components and services and it can be the users dont have sufficient training, capabilities or understanding to undertake the IT tasks requested.

Quite often a lot of IT problems are caused by only a few minor aspects, which require what we like to call 'over servicing'. This is when a consultant, or service agent knows what the cause is, but just keeps fixing the end result, thus creating themselves more work.
